Kathleen was an absolute wonder

I reached out to Saniflo Services very recently having been recommended them by a friend (also a plumber) who’s based in Cornwall. I couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation.
Kathleen from S.S.C phoned me after I messaged her in an absolute pickle having received conflicting information from various reputable sources and reading as much literature on the topic as I could. We spoke on the phone for a good while about a particularly nuanced and technical issue of replacing an offset Saniflo macerator that had been installed in my mother-in-law’s under-stairs WC nearly twenty years ago.
I won’t go into the technical details but I will say that Kathleen was an absolute wonder, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and empathetic toward my situation, and based on that phone call alone, I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. Brilliant.
