Professional and knowledgeable

I bought a cheaper unit to replace an old Saniflo unit which broke within 2 years so proved to be a false economy.
I called Kathleen and immediately felt reassured by her warmth and friendliness.
She visited the following day, assessed our needs and we discussed our options.
Kathleen is professional and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to have the work done.
She made recommendations for a new unit and helped to find the best price.
There were a couple of other necessary adjustments to the plumbing and included these in her fee.
She arrived at agreed times and left the area clean and tidy once the job was finished.
As dog lovers and reading other reviews, we invited Buddy to come along with her. He is adorable and a very good boy.
We have not hesitation recommending Kathleen (and Buddy too).
