Lynne went out of her way to fit us in to the diary, knowing that it was a bit of an emergency and Kathleen went the extra mile when she was here to ensure that not only was the Saniflow Plus fitted and working but that the short-cuts made by previous plumbers were rectified and all made good.

Solved our issue very quickly, gave great advice and fantastic customer service.
Will definitely be using Saniflo when it comes time to upgrade.
